Ventonveth Farm is a small holding of seven acres in the stunning rolling Cornish countryside. Hamish and Justine Ross arrived at Ventonveth in 2012 to find an overgrown and neglected farm and house and have spent the last year clearing, planting and renovating to create an attractive and homely place in which to relax and unwind.  The silence is over-whelming, the views beautiful and with the beach just down at the bottom of the hill, it makes a perfect holiday destination.

Ventonveth Barn offers light and airy accommodation, completed to the highest standards:

The main accommodation downstairs is an L-shaped open-plan living area accessed though a large glass front door.

The sitting area has q window over looking the garden, a double sofa and two tub chairs with large coffee table, shelves with a TV, Freesat box, DVD Player, a large selection of DVD's, books and games.  Wi-Fi connection is available.

The dining area comprises sideboard with round drop-leaf dining table and four chairs, it then leads into the kitchen area with a window with views across the garden.

The kitchen is newly fitted with electric oven and hob, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, microwave and is well equpped with crockery and cutlery.

A downstairs bathroom has a bath with a shower above, wash hand basin and WC and is fully tiled.

  Stairs lead to:

Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with metal bedstead, wooden bedside tables with matching lamps, a chest of drawers and an open fronted wardrobe unit.

Bedroom 2 has twin zip and link beds which means that they can used as two seperate single beds or joined to make a comfortable double bed, a bedside table, chest of drawers and an open-fronted wardrobe unit.

The cottage is heated by electric heating which, together with laundry and towels, are included with the price.

There is a separate laundry room in the dairy opposite with a washing machine, freezer and a rail to hang wet suits etc.

Outside there is a separate garden with paved teraced area, lawn with beds surrounding it and ample parking.

From the garden, you can wander down the newly planted orchard, down a relatively steep field and across the stream to the beach or for those who like an easier amble, you can stroll down the farm track and lane which is exactly 1 mile to the shore.

We are really keen that our holiday guests have everything they need to enjoy their holiday so that all they need to do is relax and enjoy life.
